Requesting Permission to Visit the Philip Island Nature Park
On behalf of the Innovative Beings Group, I wish to request permission to visit the Philip Island Nature Park in Melbourne,Australia on 3 July 2011.Our purpose of visit is to see the coastal scenery,charming heritage and an abundance of wildlife.Also,we would like to gain new experience and learn new things.
2. Our group consist of five members.We will be arriving there by bus at 10 o'clock in the morning.Could you let me know about the payment to be made and if there is any student special rate? The members would also like to know if they can take photographs inside the nature park.
3. During our visit,we would like to see the penguin parade and the Koala Conservation Center.So,we are looking forward to the lectures and guided tour of the nature park.Each one of us would also like to have a little information about the nature park.
4. I hope that you will consider my request of permission favorably.If this date is not suitable,please feel free to fix another date and we hope to receive a positive reply soon.
